The Lowry Duplex project required a complete tear-down of an older structure, and the design of an entirely new property. Our client wanted each unit to feature a distinctive personality while remaining cohesive and complimentary to one another.

In the front unit, a sophisticated color palette dominated by elegant shades of gray and black was used. These deep, moody hues not only exuded a sense of refinement but also created a palpable masculine aura. The bold ambiance in the front unit created a perfect sanctuary for those who appreciate a strong, modern aesthetic. In contrast, the back unit took on a different design direction. A lighter color palette was used to give the space an inviting warmth. Soft tones of beige, cream, and pale pastels were artfully blended to form a tranquil atmosphere. The back unit, with its light and airy ambiance, provided a serene retreat that invited residents to unwind and recharge.
